Use of The Website

You agree to us the website only for legal purposes and in a way that does not infringe of the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of Move Different MC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display any content from the website without or prior written permission.

Welcome to Move Different Moving Company("Move Different", "we", "our", "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at movedifferentmc.com (the "Site") and our moving services (the "services").

By accessing our site or booking service you agree to be bound by these terms.If you do not agree please do not use our site or services.

Serviced Provided: Move Different offers local and long-distance residential and commercial moving services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling and acceptance of a service agreement.

Booking and Payment: 

  • Quotes provided are estimates only and are not binding until an agreement is signed.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payments include credit/debit card, cash, and approved digital payment platforms.

Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hour in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund. 

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be deposited with in 5-10 business days via the original payment  method.​

Client Responsibilities: 

​Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information regarding inventory, access conditions and service needs.

  • Properly packing items unless packing services are requested.

  • Securing valuable and irreplaceable items that you don't want us to transport.

  • Being present during pick-up and delivery, or authorizing a responsible adult to represent them.

Liability & Claims ​

  • Move Different is insured and will take reasonable care in handling your items.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing (unless performed by us), pre- existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the move.

 

​Prohibited Items

​We do not move the following items:

  • Hazardous material

  • explosives

  • pets/live animals

​

Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.

​

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the state of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
