Refund Policy

Deposit

A deposit may be required to confirm your move. The deposit ensures the availability of our crews and equipment.  We offer full refunds, partial refunds or depending on the situation non-refundable. 

Service Issues and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 3 days of completion of service to initiate a service review. 

  • Documented lost or damage directly caused by our team.

  • Significant delays caused by our team not related to traffic or weather. 

  • Incomplete services due to our error or inability to complete the move. 

Non Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable: 

  • Time spent waiting due to client delays. (e.g. keys not available, property access issues).

  • Services completed as agreed, even if client decides not to proceed midway.

  • Fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., storage tolls,  special equipment rentals) unless provided by them.
